Ms. Jung and her fantastic team work very professionally. They do so with great sensitivity and always keep the dog in mind. Fearful dogs are in the right place here. The dog is always the priority. Better a shorter treatment than a little more profit. That's how it should be :-) We're always happy to come back!

They treat the animals wonderfully. My dog ​​loves getting his beauty done there. He's happy when we stand at the door. Great work! Our dog always looks great and smells amazing. They also have a few product offers in the shop, as well as a secondhand section and a coffee shop for the dog moms and dads. ❤️

I can highly recommend Sandra Jung and her team. She has such a wonderful way with dogs that it amazed me from the very beginning. She even handled the care of my two dogs with behavioral issues – a rescue dog and an aggressive terrier – perfectly.

I completed a three-week groomer training course at Pfötchenglück Kandel and absolutely loved it. Sandra provided me with professional guidance through intensive one-on-one support and shared her knowledge with patience and experience. The training was practical, well-structured, and very informative. A fantastic experience that I can recommend to everyone!

Our traumatized dog from the shelter returned from a haircut deeply relaxed and without stress diarrhea for the first time. He was truly empathetic, had a super soft coat, a stylish hairstyle, and the treatments, such as the red light therapy, were very beneficial for our dog. We're happy and will definitely be back.

A really lovely new shop on the main street, and in a great location. The dog groomer is also super nice, and I think the prices are more than reasonable. I can highly recommend this shop. After her haircut, my 12-year-old Lissy looks like she's 5 again!

We met at the trade fair in Karlsruhe. Trimming the nails of a dog who needs to be handled by people outside the pack isn't always easy. Today was our first time visiting Pfötchenglück in Kandel. The 37 km drive, including the rush-hour traffic jam on the Rhine bridge, was well worth it. Thank you for your patience with our difficult dog. We'll definitely be back…
